Hello,
It continues to be a worrying time with Covid-19 still having a significant impact. Our biggest priority continues to be the safety of our residents and staff and we have amended our ways of working (but still adhering to Government guidelines) to deliver as full a service as possible during this time.
All of us at Connexus are working as hard as we can to get services back to normal as soon as possible. Despite the likely restrictions during this time, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very Happy Christmas and let’s hope that 2021 is a more positive year for all of us!

Stress in the workplace
Stress isn’t always a bad thing, sometimes a little bit of stress can help you stay focussed, energised and able to meet the many challenges within the workplace. However, in today’s hectic world, workplace stress can sometimes seem overwhelming and lead to emotional, physical and mental distress. When stress exceeds your ability to cope, it stops being helpful and starts causing damage to your body and your mind. It’s before we reach this point that we must act on it, and look after ourselves and our colleagues.
