Service upgrade

We are upgrading our systems on Thursday 4 and Friday 5 December 2025. During this time an emergency repair only service will be operating and our customer services team will be able to deal with some rent, payment and tenancy queries.To report an emergency repair during this time please call 03332 31 32 33.

We will try our best to resolve your queries, but some information may not be available and response times may be extended as a result. We will return to business as usual and our phone lines will reopen at 11am on Monday 8 December.

Independent Living often called sheltered housing helps customers to enjoy their home environment for as long as possible. We promote choice and individual control over decisions while giving reassurance about safety and security. We help customers to find services for additional support with everyday tasks.

Independent Living staff are based on site during the working week. Duties include:

  • Wellbeing daily calls
  • Dealing with emergencies and calling for appropriate help
  • Giving advice and information
  • Helping customers to arrange social events
  • Reporting repairs and making sure the scheme is well maintained and clean
  • Looking after the communal facilities
  • Health & Safety checks to buildings and communal areas
