Card payments

We’re aware of an issue with card payments this morning caused by our payment provider, Allpay. Some payments may show as failed but appear as pending in banking apps.

Please don’t worry, no payments will be lost, and no action is needed from customers at this time. As a precaution, we’ve temporarily paused taking payments over the phone. We'll share an update as soon as possible

Hello,

It continues to be a worrying time with Covid-19 still having a significant impact. Our biggest priority continues to be the safety of our residents and staff and we have amended our ways of working (but still adhering to Government guidelines) to deliver as full a service as possible during this time.

All of us at Connexus are working as hard as we can to get services back to normal as soon as possible. Despite the likely restrictions during this time, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very Happy Christmas and let’s hope that 2021 is a more positive year for all of us!
