A new housing scheme based in a historic building in Hereford is has officially been completed.

Connexus is pledging over £14million to support its homes and communities in 2022/23, an additional £4million more than last year’s budget.

Our focus has always been on delivering high-quality, affordable housing to communities across Herefordshire and Shropshire. We know that one size doesn't fit all, so we're building a mixture of affordable rent, Shared Ownership, and Independent Living homes to suit the needs of both our tenants and their communities.

This week is Rural Housing Week, this year’s theme is committed to rural communities. Connexus is a community focused rural housing group with over 10,800 homes across Shropshire & Herefordshire. Our focus is to provide high-quality affordable housing in our rural communities.
