Rural Housing Week 2021
This week is the National Housing Federation’s Rural Housing Week (5th-9th July), this year’s theme is committed to rural communities
We’ll be joining in the discussion by sharing case studies and articles around this theme, looking at our work to deliver high quality, affordable housing and supporting our communities.
Connexus is a community-focused rural housing group with over 10,800 homes across Shropshire & Herefordshire. Our focus is to provide high-quality affordable housing in our rural communities.

- How your communities can work with us
There is a webinar on Wednesday 7 July, 2pm; Committed to rural communities hosted by the Rural Housing Alliance they will share their revised rural pledge, which underlines their commitment to working in partnership with local communities. They will also introduce the newly published Parish Councillors’ Guide to Rural Affordable Housing, and share examples of how they are working with parish councils and other partners to put that commitment into practice.
