A new partnership with Data On Demand

Connexus have entered into a new partnership with Data On Demand, who provide industry-leading consumer data analysis. But what does this mean for Connexus and our customers?

The cost of living crisis is placing financial strain on tenants and, during these difficult times, it is important that Connexus understands more about our customers. In short, Connexus will use the insights provided by Data On Demand to identify, monitor, and then support vulnerable customers. These data insights will flag emerging signs of vulnerability from Connexus customers, identifying customers in need of support before they miss a payment or fall into further financial difficulty.

Data On Demand insights will also allow Connexus to better understand customers' circumstances during the initial allocation of properties, helping to create successful, sustainable tenancies.
