Digital alarm tender
Connexus supports customers to live independently but safe in the knowledge that they can raise help when they need it, by having community alarm systems fitted in their homes. We provide alarms to some of our most vulnerable tenants across the counties of Herefordshire and Shropshire.
As part of the digital switchover, Connexus is inviting companies to tender to provide a new digital solution to replace its existing community alarm provision which is no longer compatible with new digital standards. We’re looking to ensure that a new system fully functions once analogue services are switched off across our counties so that customers do not lose access to their alarm at any time – this is something that is extremely important.
