Connexus publishes performance against Tenant Satisfaction Measures
Connexus has published its first set of results which show how it is performing against new Tenant Satisfaction Measures. The measures are set by the Regulator of Social Housing and record how customers rate landlords in a number of areas including property condition, complaint handling and repairs.
Connexus scored above average on all measures, performing most highly on satisfaction with the safety of your home (87.5%). Lowest performing Tenant Satisfaction Measures include satisfaction with Connexus’ approach to anti-social behaviour (69%) and our approach to handling complaints (46%).
Sara Woodall, Director of Customer Experience at Connexus, said: “Overall we’re pleased that our first set of results are above the average benchmark set by the sector. However, there is always room for improvement. We’re determined to work with our customers through our Voice of the Customer forum, to suggest improvements which will lead to a better service and higher levels of satisfaction for our customers.”
You can see the full set of TSM results on the How we're performing page.
Information for the TSMs is gathered in telephone surveys carried out by an independent company. Each year the TSMs must be reported back to the regulator and published online.
