Consultation - Customer Service Strategy

We value your feedback and would love your input on our new Customer Service Strategy at Connexus. 

The strategy will help us to rebuild and maintain trust in our services and drive the delivery of a consistently good customer experience. This survey invites you to share your thoughts on our proposed vision statement and the key pillars that will shape the service experience for you, our customers.
